Now that she’s a stepmother, let’s be real: Kourtney Kardashian is the face of Halloween!
And, unlike her sisters Khloe and Kim (with her making floral Halloween costumes, for real), Kardashian gave Washington-centric drag queens a running joke before the fact, teasingly asking two of them at a September 2013 birthday party, “What are you wearing?”
Kardashian and husband Scott Disick went up for costume this year, choosing Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen (Slays for $10 and co-owners of the massively popular Spungen’s Barber Shop on Capitol Hill) as their inspiration. The couple, along with former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker (whose lady friend Lori Rose has followed in Amanda Lepore’s footsteps for TV appearances), was seen at The Gallery at Vanderbilt in downtown Washington for Halloween last night. (Check out photos at TMZ.)
Slays, the spooky heroes behind the next few years of D.C. Halloween costume contests, were also seen in town for their first appearance, rocking out to T.I. and Rihanna’s “Umbrella” during H Street’s Ray Manzarek-inspired Oh So Harry Street show earlier this month. Maybe a follow-up to the Spungen costume?
